- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimated delivery times:

- United Kingdom: 3–12 working days

- European Union countries: 3–12 working days

- USA: 5–12 working days

- Rest of the World: 5–12 working days

All orders include tracking information once dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Customs & Import Taxes

Customers outside the United Kingdom may be responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
Luren Store is not liable for any delays caused by customs procedures or local postal services.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders
